To cancel a Contract under your legal right, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. By cancellation, we understand your customer right of return and refund. The easiest way to do this is to email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are emailing us, please include details of your order to help us identify it. If you send us a cancellation notice by email, then your cancellation is active from the date you send us an email.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. Please note that the products and any packaging on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur between the delivered product and packaging, and the image of the product and packaging given on the website. You should ensure that you have checked the product description before placing your order.
All chemical products for eyelashes extension (including adhesives, primers, removers, etc.) displayed on our website are for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. Untrained use is not allowed, and ALL4LASHES LTD cannot take responsibility. At least 24h patch test is necessary to avoid an allergic reaction. ALL4LASHES LTD will not take responsibility if any of the chemical products are misused.
1. Please take time to read and check your order at each page of the order process to avoid any errors.
2. After submitting your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your request. The Contract between our company and consumer will only be formed once the order confirmation is received.
3. If we cannot accept your order, this might be because the item is out of stock or is no longer available, because we identified an error in the price or description of the item, because we cannot meet the delivery date you have requested or due to unexpected limits, we will inform you of this by email, and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay.
The available methods of payments are displayed on the website at checkout. Payment will be debited from your account at the point you confirm your order.
We are not responsible for your payment credentials issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your payment in accordance with your order.
The price of a product is as published on the website at the date we accept your orders. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time, but changes will not affect any order that we have previously received.
A) The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
B) We will not take responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the package unattended.
C) After two unsuccessful delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
D) If you change the delivery address once the order has been shipped to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
E) On the delivery day, please check the parcel precisely - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be reported to us within seven days from the date you receive your order.
F) Please inform us if your package has not arrived after 14 days of ordering so we can sort it out for you.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of purchase.
Do note you are liable to pay return shipping fee unless an item is faulty or missing products or you have received the wrong product in error; then shipping costs will be refunded along with the order total. We advise sending the returns back via tracked delivery as until the item reaches us it is under your responsibility. We will issue a refund within 14 days from the day we receive your return.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Under no circumstances will ALL4LASHES LTD be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your Use of the Website regardless of the form of action.
