RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days to cancel the contract after the day you receive the products. During this period you may notify us of your decision to cancel by sending us an email to contact@all4lashes.com. Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for return.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless delivery has been damaged in transit, is faulty, missing products or you have received the wrong products in error.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund the price of goods returned within 30 days of the date of purchase provided in unused and resealable condition, which means the items must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which we shipped it. Any gifts added to your order must be returned with the goods.
ALL4LASHES LTD will not hold any responsibility for allergies or irritation clients may experience. If you believe that the products are faulty, all chemical products such as adhesives, primers, removers etc. must be returned for testing before any refund is made.
